I met Reuben in early November 2009 as a result of the sale of my property in Bondi. We met with 3 local real estate businesses selected at random and Reuben was selected as he provided us with confidence that he would do a thorough job and operate in our best interests.

 

Initial impressions count. Reuben was professional, reasonably conservative in his estimates of the value of the property, very upfront in response to questions and with many years experience in the Eastern Suburbs, seemed the right choice for the managing the sale.

 

In all our dealings with Reuben he did what he said he would do. Reports after each inspection were timely and reflected and honest appraisal from potential purchasers. All cost estimates for marketing were clear and accurate; all open house and advertising activities were on time. Any questions were responded to promptly.
